Simply:

  2. Click “Add to Cart”.

  3. Go to Checkout, fill your details, and make the payment.
    Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email or SMS confirmation.


4. What payment methods do you accept?

  • Cash on Delivery (available on select items)


5. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually delivered within 4–7 working days, depending on your location. Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once shipped.


6. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.


7. How can I track my order?

After your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link on your registered email or phone number. You can also check your order status on our Track Order page.


8. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled or updated within 6 hours of placing. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. Please email us at support@bulldrive.in for assistance.


9. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

We’re sorry if that happens! Please record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@bulldrive.in — our team will arrange a replacement or refund based on the issue.


10. Do you offer returns or refunds?

Yes, we have a 7-Day Return Policy for eligible products. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 days after inspection.
